Terms
Terms of use
Effective October 21, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [legal entity name] (“we”), [street address, city], Texas. By creating an account or using Ramp Up Athlete you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
Who can use Ramp Up Athlete
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Parents and legal guardians may add their own children; coaches may run teams. Children use the app only inside a parent’s account in Player mode, under the parent’s supervision.
Your content
You own what you enter and record. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you and the people you choose to share it with. Only add players you are the parent or guardian of, and only upload photos and videos you have the right to share — including permission from the parents of any other child who appears in them.
Safety information is guidance, not medical advice
Pitch limits, rest days and other checks come from published guidelines and league rules, and depend on the counts you log. They don’t replace a doctor, an athletic trainer or your league’s official rules. If a player has pain, stop and get medical advice. Parents and coaches remain responsible for decisions about play.
Teams and sharing
Coaches see only what families share. Keep team codes private, and don’t use the app to contact, track or collect information about other people’s children beyond running your team.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no breaking in, scraping, overloading it, or uploading anything unlawful, harmful, or that you don’t have rights to.
App stores
If you got the app from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. They aren’t responsible for the app or its support, and their own terms also apply to your use of their stores.
No warranty
We work to keep the app accurate, available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Features may change; we’ll give notice in the app before changes that matter.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
If you upload content you didn’t have the right to share, or use the app against these terms, you agree to cover the costs of claims others bring against us because of it.
Ending your account
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put children at risk.
Law and disputes
Texas law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in [county] County, Texas, except that either of us may use small-claims court.
